The story was easy to follow, and the length (two 20 minute halves split with a 20 minute interval) was just right for littlies with short attention spans. I liked that it featured not only classical ballet, but many different dance styles - my girls loved the 'hip hop' mouse and have been doing the 'robot' for 2 days! Ashlee is starting Kinderballet this term and is now more excited than ever to be just like Angelina!
The train trip was almost as big an adventure as the ballet itself - as it was Ashlee's first trip.
We were surrounded by mini ballerina's at Southbank where we had lunch, some were sporting their ears, as they had just come from the morning performance.
If you get the chance, I would highly recommend taking any budding prima ballerinas to see this - the ticket prices are reasonable, and the "Angelina ears' are so adorable!
I'm Flogging today with Glowless - are you?
